Dear Jude,
You are becoming more of a big boy every day! It's so crazy how fast you are growing up, but we are loving every minute of it! You are developing more of a personality and it's fun to see who you are becoming!
Here's what you've been up to:
- You weigh 17 pounds 1 ounce and are 26 inches long!
- You are in size 2 diaper.
- You are wearing 3-6 month clothes... your onesies and one piece outfits are usually one size bigger due to your long torso.
- You do great whenever we leave you at church or with a babysitter. You are always happy to see us, but never cry when we leave.
- Your spit up is still over the top. It's crazy that you can spit up as much as you do and still be gaining weight!
- You still sleep great and I couldn't be more thankful!
- You are taking 5 bottles a day.
- You still aren't the biggest fan of solids. We've tried a variety of fruits and you're just not interested in it at all. You turn your head away. You really want to eat "real" food.
- You have started eating Mum Mums and puffs and you LOVE them.
- Dr. K says you are a bit advanced at this point which is great to hear!
- You are still taking two naps a day. Catnaps are more scarce, but some days we still get those in.
- I'm still feeding you at your 10:30 p.m. bottle and I love our time rocking together. I hold you and pray over you.
- Your eyes are kind of a gray green color. They are really dark and it's hard to tell what color they will be.
- You have a ridge on top of your head just like Finley did!
- You're getting more and more hair! It's pretty blonde!
- Even though you no longer sleep during errands, you are usually a good sport about being out and about.
- You are close to crawling.
- You are very good at sitting up by yourself!
- You still love to stand.
- You've started playing "with" your sister more.
- You love the tv despite the fact that I try not to let you watch it.
- You LOVE paper!!!!! You want to play and eat it. You will find paper if it is anywhere near you!
- You are a joy and we love that you are in our family!
