Our
photographer just posted about our family pictures and since I'm so behind on blogging I realized I never posted our Christmas card. Our family pictures were a DISASTER this year. I felt bad asking Whitney to help us with them again this year and since they were at our house I just hired a girl across the street to help. She is sooooo adorable and incredibly sweet, but 12 year olds aren't exactly into acting like an idiot to ellicit smiles from crazy kids who want to do anything but look in the direction of a camera. Despite them being a disaster and us not getting a few pictures that I really wanted, Kim totally captured us exactly where we are in life... these pictures capture Finley's four year old "I'm in pain" clinched teeth smile, Jude's inability to sit still (thus why he isn't in very many pictures!), Evi's sweet birthmark, my lingering ten pounds from pregnancy, and Devin... well, Devin remains remarkably unchanged from year to year. So not fair! Ha! I treasure our family pictures every year and this year is no exception!
And here's our Christmas card which may be my favorite one so far. I really loved how the turned out even though I uploaded the wrong front version when I printed them, I'm thankful that the mistake wasn't one that anyone would know, but me!
