So since it was Labor Day, we wanted to do something fun and a trip to the zoo seemed like the perfect idea... until we got there and realized everyone else in the metro area also thought it was a good idea to go to the zoo. It was not only crowded, but really hot and humid. Not the best zoo visit, for sure, but it was still nice to be together as a family.
Most of the animals were in hiding since it was so hot, but those that were out, Finley really seemed to enjoy. It is fun to see her taking it all in!
At least, the flowers and fake animals were out so that we could get some cute pictures!
But most of all, she LOVED spending the day with Daddy! I'm pretty sure the feeling was mutual!
